1. Returns

- The product is in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The product is unused, unaltered, and in a resalable condition.
- The product is returned within 7 days of the original delivery date in Zambia.
- Certain items, such as wellness, edible products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
